definitely should, it'd clear up our criminal justice system virtually overnight. also, it would be another way for our gov't to make tax dollars off of those who are stupid enough to purchase it.

Yes. It's not as harmful as alcohol and significantly less harmful than tobacco. Too many people, though, make too much money off of keeping it illegal. If we legalized homegrown and possession of 1 or 2 plants, the price would go down, contractors would make less money, and we couldn't do things like. . . . uh Ollie North, Barry Seal, and Woody Jenkins. Oh yeah, this is a very, very personal issue for me. I used to babysit for Barry Seal's kids and he died because he was "selling drugs for our government". It is ridiculous that it is illegal.

yea they should and start prescribing it to depressed people instead of psychotic drugs that will totally mess up your brains smoke is better for you in the long run. and if they charged you a tax it could put a hell of a dent in the NATIONAL DEBT. and we as a country could use it. and we could quit paying for throwing people in jail and fining them then putting them in jail for how ever long the courts decide. and tax payers wouldn't have to pay for them. and they wouldn't be able to use it against people when they are trying to get a job. And you don't have to be a Christan or atheist if you believe that the lord is real or you believe in another higher power you would you trust more man, the higher powers of the world gave us the food, herbs etc.... and all smoke is, is an herb. but then man made alcohol and look what that does to people.
