Would you fire a man if....?

You interviewed this employee about his job and responsibilities. During the interview, he told you 70 times that he didn't know the answers to questions regarding his job... would you fire him or give him the "Fredo" Gonzales cradle that Bushlette is providing for his crooked little croney.
Answer:
if he doesn't know what he's supposed to be doing, he doesn't need to be there.
well is it his fault he don't know or is it lack of training
Anyone who does not know the details of the job that I had hired them for would be grounds for dismissal, since it jeopardises other areas of the company and can reflect poorly on clients who use your services.
If he doesn't know his job, what does he do all day?
i would throw him in a lake and then fire him
Come on! Be fair. We all know that piglet farts cause memory loss.
Fist of all...there is no cradle that "bushnette" is putting gonzales in, ur just upset because ur a liberal who only wants democrats in power. Ur complaining about the firing that gonzales and bush did?...try bill clinton....he fired all 93 attorneys in the first year of his term. It took bush what...7 years to let 7 or 8 of them go. and the answer to the question...u would have to be a complete idiot to keep an employee like that...employees who know nothing cost companies tons of money... =) THX
